The organic fruits at breakfast were a highlight, fresh and bursting with flavor! The rooms, though vintage, offered charming views that made my stay so special.
Service was a bit of a letdown. basic amenities like towels and water were hard to come by, making things a bit tricky for the weary traveler.

I stayed for 10 nights as a solo traveler and enjoyed my time exploring the charming neighborhood. The small pool was a delightful spot to relax and was creatively designed to keep the water refreshing under the sun. While the views from the terrace were breathtaking, getting to the hotel was quite a workout since it was situated at the top of a steep hill. Overall, it was lovely to find a bit of tranquility after being out and about visiting nearby attractions like El Jardin and Juarez Park.

beautiful gardens, stunning sunset views, clean facilities
Narrow, steep streets make access a chore!!! Be prepared to trek, or better yet, opt for a taxi!!! The lack of basic room amenities like towels and water is quite disappointing!!! Consider improving service communication as it’s quite a barrier!!!

Stunning views but disappointing service
The rooms offer breathtaking views, especially at sunset, which truly made the stay memorable. However, the service was quite frustrating. we had issues with our room reservations that took way too long to sort out, and basic amenities like towels were lacking. Communication was a challenge since the reception staff spoke only Spanish, which could be tough for international guests.

Updated rooms with beautiful views make this hotel a great choice. The friendly staff adds a personal touch, and the small pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. However, the steep hill can be a challenge for those not used to the altitude, and the breakfast menu is limited, though they are accommodating. Venturing out is rewarded with stunning vistas that are hard to beat.

great views but some drawbacks
The suite was well-maintained with extraordinary city views from the terrace. Staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist with any requests, making the stay feel personalized. The pool, though small, was refreshing and uniquely designed to keep the water cool, perfect for a sunny afternoon.
The hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, which can be a long walk back after a day of exploring.
